If you need to register additional services—such as the transport of your mobility aid, assistance dog, or medical clearance—please complete the appropriate form and send it via email to [email protected]:

• Register Your Assistance Requirements Online – for booking your own mobility aids, excess medical baggage, medical devices, or assistance dogs.
• Medical Information Form (MEDIF) – for registering your medical clearance.
