We want your travel experience to be as smooth and comfortable as possible. To help us prepare for your medical equipment, supplies and medication, we recommend pre-booking the transport as early as possible, and no later than 48 hours before your flight.
If you arrange medical equipment, supplies and medication for your outbound flight, we will automatically register it for your return journey as well, provided both flights are operated by Marabu Airlines.
On the day of travel, please arrive at the airport at least two hours before your flight to allow enough time for check-in and boarding processes.

Using Your CPAP Machine Onboard
If you plan to use your CPAP machine during the flight, please note:
To obtain clearance, a medical clearance form must be completed and submitted. Please upload the completed and signed form via our online form no earlier than 3 months and no later than 48 hours before your outbound flight.
You are welcome to bring your own portable oxygen concentrator (POC) on board, provided it is FAA-approved in accordance with safety regulations.
Please note that there are no electrical power outlets on board. Your device must be battery-operated and fully charged prior to departure. The battery capacity must cover at least 150% of the total flight duration.
To ensure a smooth journey, we kindly ask that you register your POC in advance.
In addition, you will need to complete and submit a medical clearance form. Both the registration of your POC and medical clearance are mandatory — without them, boarding will not be permitted.
Please upload the completed and signed medical form via our online form no earlier than 3 months and no later than 48 hours before your outbound flight.
