What information do I need for online check-in with Marabu?

You will need your booking number and surname. You can find your booking number on the booking confirmation. This will be sent to you by email after you have made your booking.

Exceptions to Online Check-in

In some cases, online check-in is limited or not available:

• Flights departing from Hurghada (HRG): Online check-in is available, but due to local government regulations, boarding passes must be collected at the airport check-in counter.
• Online check-in is not available for the following cases:
   • Group bookings (more than 9 passengers)
   • Unaccompanied minors
   • Passengers traveling with animals

In these cases, please proceed directly to the airport check-in counter.

What should I do if online check-in is not working? What can I do?

If you’re experiencing problems with online check-in, please first check that your booking number and last name have been entered correctly. Also ensure that you're within the valid check-in window, which is available from 48 to 4 hours before departure.

If it still doesn’t work, you can contact our Service Center or use airport check-in.

Important for Economy Zero passengers

If you need to use airport check-in free of charge, you must provide proof that online check-in failed. This includes a screenshot showing your name, booking number, and the date & time of the failed check-in attempt.
